Order Guidelines

Here's how to make sure you get your product when you need it.

The team members at the Danish Pastry House work around the clock to freshly prepare the highest quality desserts and pastries for our wholesale partners and their customers.

In order to help our team maintain accuracy, efficiency, and delivery punctuality, it is essential that we work together to respect the following order deadlines.

For Cakes and Desserts: Our Pastry team does not work on Sunday and Monday, so we ask that any cakes or cold desserts being delivered on Tuesday be ordered by the previous Thursday or Friday and we will do our best to accommodate you.

For Monday Holidays: Orders to be delivered between Sunday and Tuesday on a holiday weekend (ie, Labor Day) should be submitted by Friday at 5 PM. We will always send out reminders one week ahead in these cases. This gives our tireless wholesale account managers a much-deserved break.

5 Business Day Notice is Required for orders containing: custom cake (or cookie) designs, larger than usual volume of items (or more than 2 cakes), or unique products not already in regular production.

  • Croissants, icing snails, etc
  • Danish
  • Muffins
  • Scones
  • Tea Breads

Cakes

  • Standard decoration only (some color/flavor substitutions are OK)
  • Cupcakes with standard décor

Breads

  • Baguettes
  • Rolls

Desserts

  • Petit Fours
  • Fruit tarts, mini and large
  • Refrigerated items such as éclairs, cream puffs, cheesecakes, etc

Afternoon Snacks

  • Cookies, bars, brownies
  • French macarons
  • Lemon Squares
