Wholesale FAQs

How early can you deliver?

Our distribution team starts at 2:00 AM every morning, 365 days a year, to deliver your product when you need it. Just let us know what time your products need to be there and we can discuss the options available.

What are your terms?

Terms are net 14 days after credit has been approved. Before that, all terms are COD.

Did my order e-mail go through?

All orders submitted via email are confirmed in writing by our staff once they have been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email by 4:00 PM, something is wrong and you should call directly at 617-926-2747.

How soon can I start ordering?

After your Credit Application and Private Label Agreement (if applicable) has been received, we will need a couple of things before we can confirm your first order and make delivery. If we require keys, a passcode, or other special instructions to complete delivery, we will need those in hand before any orders are processed.

How can I send my order?

We receive orders via telephone at 617-926-2747 and email to dphorders@gmail.com.

Submitting orders on holidays?

While our bakers and delivery team work 365 days a year, our wholesale accounts team will not be in the office to receive orders on major holidays (including Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and many Monday holidays). For deliveries needed the day after, we just need to receive your order a day earlier than usual. We will always send notice via email at least 1 week ahead to notify you of office closures.
