SIGNATURE CAKE FLAVORS
Our vanilla cake spread with raspberry jam and filled with Bavarian cream and crumbled almond macaroons. Covered in chocolate ganache and bordered with rolled marzipan.
A European classic: layers of dark chocolate cake, fine apricot preserves, and creamy chocolate mousse – cloaked in marzipan and ganache.
Our signature light vanilla layer cake with passionfruit white chocolate mousse, apricot jam, topped in vanilla buttercream and decorated with passionfruit puree.
LUSCIOUS LEMON CAKE
Our signature light vanilla layer cake with lemon mousse and fresh raspberries, topped in lemon buttercream and decorated with fresh fruit.
PRINCESS TORTE (Prinsesstårta)
A dome-shaped cake of vanilla sponge spread with raspberry jam and layered with Bavarian cream and crumbled almond macaroons. Finished with light green marzipan, pink marzipan rose, and white chocolate swirls. (+$10)
CHOCOLATE PECAN CAKE
A nutty chocolate brownie layer cake with pecan pieces, filled with chocolate mousse, topped in ganache and surrounded in crumbled pecans.
RED VELVET CAKE
A red layer cake filled with cream cheese icing, frosted with vanilla buttercream and decorated with marzipan flowers.
BLACK FOREST CAKE
Chocolate layer cake with kirsch whipped cream and cherries, topped with buttercream, chocolate shavings and cherries.
The carrot cake is made with fresh carrots, walnuts, raisins and spices, filled with cream cheese icing and topped with buttercream frosting and toasted almonds.

The best way to serve my cake?
If the cake is still pretty chilly on the inside, try dipping your knife in hot water for 10 seconds and wiping it off before slicing. Dip and wipe the blade between cuts to clean it, so each slice of cake has clean, pretty edges!
Can I place a pre-order?
Yes – we love pre-orders! For morning pastries like croissants and muffins, you can call by 2:00 PM the day before. For signature cakes, we ask for 48 hours notice. If you’re looking for a custom cake, we typically need 1 week notice, but it’s subject to availability. Please give us a call at 617-926-2747 to check our schedule.
Do you deliver?
How should I store baked goods?
Desserts with cream, such as eclairs, cupcakes, and cakes, should be refrigerated. Cakes can be taken out 30-45 minutes before serving so that the buttercream is smooth and soft.
When should I order my cake?
If you’re in need of a custom designed cake, we typically need 5 days notice – but bear in mind this is subject to availability in our schedule. Often people call weeks (or even months!) ahead of time to book cakes, so it may be that your desired date is already full. Please give us a call at 617-926-2747 to check availability.
Do you do wedding cake tastings?
We do – in a unique way. While we are still converting our store to accommodate sit-down tastings, we are offering individual sized cake samples for you to try at home. For a $30 non-refundable fee, our pastry chef will prepare up to three mini cakes.
What is marzipan anyway?
For custom cake designs, we use marzipan instead of fondant to cover cakes, create shapes, and model 3D figures. While marzipan is not as ultra-smooth or ultra-white as fondant, we find our customers prefer its sweet, nutty flavor.
Since marzipan is made from almonds, we definitely do not recommend serving it to someone with a nut allergy, so please make sure your party guests are aware!
